These launch terms explain how customers and providers should use the HabiLink local marketplace.
The role of HabiLink
HabiLink helps customers discover independent local service providers in Enugu State. It does not employ providers, guarantee availability, or act as a party to a service agreement.
Honest provider information
Submit accurate information about your business, skills, service area and contact options. Do not impersonate another person or business, publish misleading qualifications, or offer unlawful services. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Your account and listings
You are responsible for activity on your account. Private profiles and drafts are not public. Published listing content is visible to visitors; only publish contact details you intend to share publicly. You can edit or delete your own listings in your dashboard.
Agreeing to a service
Customers and providers should agree directly on the scope of work, pricing, timing, cancellation and payment arrangements. HabiLink does not process payments in this launch version. Check credentials and take reasonable precautions before sharing funds or sensitive details.
Verification and reviews
Verification is not available in this milestone. Registration is not verification. HabiLink does not publish invented reviews or automatically designate providers as trusted or verified.
Respectful and safe use
Do not send spam, threats, discriminatory content or fraudulent requests. Do not publish anyone else’s private information. Report suspicious or incorrect listings using the report form or contact page.
Enquiries and support
Enquiry and report forms email the HabiLink team. They do not guarantee delivery to the listed provider or a particular response time. Direct provider contact is available only when a provider shares a valid phone or WhatsApp number.

The operator may update these launch terms as marketplace features develop. Contact the HabiLink team if you have a question about a listing, your information, or these terms.
